Post-Training Support: Additional user support is available for clients who have been provided training and need extra assistance beyond what would be provided in training materials.
Training (In-Person or Virtual): Training can be customized to serve your organization’s needs, and can be delivered virtual (via Zoom) or on-site (Note: Travel fees would incur extra costs for on-site training services). Cost per person: $99 (Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more).
Documentation: Training materials, including user guides, job aids and quick reference guides, can be created and customized based on your organization’s needs. Included in training; standalone documentation development costs: $75/hour.
